			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In case you haven&#8217;t noticed, I&#8217;m not one to gush over new product announcements, even less over an &#8220;enhancement&#8221; to an established product. So I&#8217;m not going to gush over the newest incarnation ofKeesing&#8217;s data. Ok, they&#8217;re calling it a new product launch, but it&#8217;s got the same URL:  <a href="http://www.keesings.com">Keesing&#8217;s World News Archive </a>. It strikes me as a genuine Web 2.0 product, one that encourages user-generated indexing (tagging) and collaborative research. It&#8217;s too early to tell how this will play out in the research world of politics, world events, history, and economics, but it&#8217;s certainly an impressive beginning.</p>
