Please see Google? Good grief! The company isn't even going to try to provide the kind of paid databases where there is some slight chance the information has been vetted?

There goes Business Week as a reliable source of information. On anything!

It's more than sad. So many companies think that everything is on the net. As a former news librarian, I constantly had to order articles from NYPL because not all journals/magazines are digitized, not even on fee-based databases.
What's even worse is that Bloomberg has a library. It's under the PR dept but certainly capable of handling requests and possibly absorb some of the BW library staff.
News librarians are a dying breed because of corporate ignorance and the lack of wanting the best information possible. Yet, our knowledge of the *best* sources of info is being ignored for financial expediency.
It's sad to see BW become a mouthpiece for Bloomberg and lose its variety of voices. It's even sadder that so many fine reporters and columnists lost their jobs.
